When people come to the studio for a headshot, one of the first things we try to figure out is what “vibe” they’re going for. The answer often depends on both the industry the person is in, and their position within the company. What’s the main one or two characteristics they’re trying to express in their headshot? Client-facing positions often require a level of approachability and friendliness, where a C-suite role might want to show more confidence and more business-like seriousness.
A few months ago, we had Jaime in the studio. She’s a community development officer at Diamond Credit Union, and she wanted a headshot to use for her business card, her LinkedIn profile, and other business-related things. She also got a headshot with a different vibe to use for her role with a local nonprofit.

Jaime Walter is a Community Development Officer at Diamond Credit Union with over 20 years of experience in banking. She is passionate about helping individuals and families feel more confident with their money, whether that means learning how to budget, pay down debt, improve credit, or simply reduce financial stress.
She partners with local businesses and organizations to bring financial education into the workplace and community in a way that is simple, relatable, and judgment free. Through workshops, outreach, and personalized connections, Jaime helps guide individuals to the right tools, resources, and financial specialists so they can make informed financial decisions.
Jaime is known for making finances feel less overwhelming and more approachable while ensuring people have access to the right support when they need it most.
She is also deeply committed to her community and serves as Board Treasurer for the Adalyn Rose Foundation. After the loss of her son, Logan, in 2018, she and her husband found purpose in giving back by supporting families and helping bring comfort and hope to others navigating loss.
At her core, Jaime believes that when people understand their money, they gain confidence, and that confidence can change everything.

We took a variety of photos, with a few different outfits, and our photographer guided Jaime through different poses and expressions. In looking through the photos trying to decide on her final image, she ended up choosing several slightly different ones.
Jaime chose several images in a more business-like top to use for her business photos. Another of Jaime’s roles is as a board member for the Adalyn Rose Foundation, and she chose one of her photos with a warmer, more casual look for her headshot to use on their website.
