It’s a lot of work, isn’t it? It sometimes feels like running on a hamster wheel—more to do with no end in sight, especially when you are a small business owner or self-employed. It is part of modern business, though, and most of us can’t afford to ignore it. One step most of us need to do as professionals is occasionally do a LinkedIn profile update. Whether it’s updating work history, changing a title to reflect a recent promotion, or updating a profile photo, keeping active on LinkedIn can be an important step in establishing yourself as a professional.
Kat’s LinkedIn profile update
Kat came to Berks Headshots earlier this year for an updated headshot and left with a gallery of images she uses on her website. The set of images has a great cohesive look, partly because of Kat’s gorgeous fun clothing choices! She updated her LinkedIn photo as well.
Her original photo had a lot going for it, including the fun clothing choices, a great friendly expression, and a plain and non-distracting background. Unfortunately, it was a bit dark. Kat’s new photos are full of light and they really showcase her approachability and confidence.
