PEAK uses their headshots on their website’s “About the Team” page. Introducing their providers ahead of time is a great way to build trust. This is especially helpful in a very personal industry like healthcare. PEAK’s focus on personalized care makes that need for patient-provider trust even greater as the patient is working more closely with their care provider to find solutions for improving their health.
Ronda Torres is one of the team members at PEAK. In the screenshot below, Ronda’s headshot appears on the About page. Her expression is approachable, and the professional photo expresses a higher level of care than, say, an equally friendly-looking selfie. The team members coordinated their headshots with PEAK’s brand colors which give a cohesive look even throughout the different departments.
Ronda also has her own health coaching business. She has her own 12-week program designed to help women make a lifestyle change to get healthy, lose weight, and feel good about their bodies. After her session with PEAK, she got some custom retouching on her photos to change her shirt color to match her own personal branding, so she can now use her headshots for both her work at PEAK and her personal work.
Having the color of her shirt professionally edited to match her branding meant she did not have to take the time for another headshot. She got the convenience of multiple looks with no hassle! Her headshots coordinate across platforms and sites, making her immediately recognizable, and maintaining her professional branding.
