Berks County now has a new Ivy Rehab location in Shillington. It opened recently, and Cesar Flores, the director, came to our studio for a headshot. Cesar is a Reading native, and, in keeping with Ivy’s focus on community connection, is excited to be serving the area in which he grew up.
